Plugin
The plugin is displaying the form for editing blocks. The parameters of the plugin and container configuration are almost identical to each other.

| placement | tab | Placing the form: `tab` - in a separate tab, `content` - under the contents of the resource, `tv` - instead of the tv-parameter (only for use in the container configuration file) |
